An Allocation Fee or Pen Bond is payable upon allocation of a Pen to a Member
The Allocation Fee is not refundable but is transferrable from one pen to another pen of the Member
An Allocation upgrade maybe required if the Member is allocated a larger size pen
The Pen Bond is refundable when a Pen is relinquished, and the Member has no outstanding debt to the Club

Pen Rental Fees are not refundable when the pen is relinquished
