Claremont Yacht Club Members have consistently demanded great food and a friendly bar where they can relax with friends. For that reason, the Club maintains a full-time chef to ensure a consistent quality of our menu and a bar that is open to serve members seven days a week

The Club strives to ensure that the Members’ experience is not compromised by the presence of private events by the discerning use of the various venues.  However, on suitable occasions, private events are made available for Members’ entertainment, such as for wine industry nights, and special interest events, such as big screen sports coverage. These events are typically enhanced by great finger food and select wines and beers.

The Club has excellent facilities that have been further enhanced with the recent addition of a new decking and lawn area outside the Deepdene Room, a glorious spot for al fresco dining and socialising.  The Club will continue to develop our facilities to offer members and guests an enjoyable experience and more spaces and facilities for adults and children.

Our Wednesday buffet menu changes each week and members are advised of the weeks offering in the Midstream newsletter.  Here is the latest menu so you can see that it is a generous offering at the low price of $30 for members.

Members Weekend Menu

The Club’s weekend menu is available Friday evening and for both lunch and dinner service on Saturday and Sunday.  On Friday evenings we also offer a Chef’s Special and ask that members book a table to be seated in the restaurant area.  If you want something more casual then you can find yourself a table in the bar or al fresco area and order at the bar.

Wine list

We offer quality house wines up to premium wines in all styles.  So, whether you want to have a glass of wine with your meal or a bottle of Champagne to celebrate an occasion, we are sure you will find something suitable.
